> No duct/packing tape on walls, floors, windows, tables, or chairs
> No outside food or drink allowed to enter the facility
> Nothing allowed to lean against or attach to any wall
> Load in and out through loading dock doors only
> No parking on loading dock ramp
> No helium balloons
> Merchandise must be displayed within your booth area only
> No smoking – except in designated areas fifty feet from entrances
> No vehicles inside exhibit hall without fire marshal inspection
> No pets allowed
> All electrical and communication services must be provided by the facility’s in house contractors
> Bulk trash is the responsibility of the vendor – compactors are for facility use only
> All exits must remain clear and unobstructed
